Users and roles

Choose each account’s role and whether it can open the attendance sheet. Everyone can already use their own overtime sheet. Superadmins can also manage users, invites and the email sender, and always have attendance access.

Invite someone

New accounts can only be made from an invite. Enter the person’s email and the invite is sent to them from here. Each link works once, only for that email, and expires after 7 days. They confirm their email before their first sign-in.

Email sender checking…

Invites are sent from the Gmail account that runs the invite mailer script (tools/invite-mailer.gs in the repo). Paste its Web app URL and the secret you put in the script.
